Join SBCSA as a member and gain access to Open Sailing nights. Continue building your sailing experience and you will be able to sign up for independent sailing sessions on our boats!
Sailing Programs
SBCSA offers summer sailing lessons for adults and youth on the Saginaw River in downtown Bay City, MI. Lessons are available to sailors of all levels!
Boat Building
SBCSA’s Boat Building Program keeps our members busy during the off season. Learn the ins and outs of building boats with our skilled craftsmen. No prior experience necessary.

Since 1995, the Saginaw Bay Community Sailing Association has been on a mission to make sailing affordable and accessible to youth and adults in the Great Lakes Bay Region. We aim to promote sailing as a lifelong sport and to develop teamwork, sportsmanship, and self-confidence in all of our students through experiential learning opportunities.
